Make Moves Entertainment joined forces with Prolific Entertainment Group in collaboration for “Go In Season” The Mixtape Vol. 1 — The Mixtape is hosted by the famous DJ Eskada.

This project has all the ingridents of  “Boss” like quality and work ethic. It has something for everybody whether you feel like “grinding” (puttin’ in work) or “grinding” lol…get it? Don’t let this  “pretty boy” fool you, He Goes In.

Tabi teamed up with Mick Boogie for “A Place Called Stardom” , his first mixtape. My only disappoinment in the tape was that I was expecting more new music. A good portion of the songs were ones that I had heard before. BUT the new joints on here are DOPEsauce. For someone who is not familiar with Tabi Bonney and his art, this is a good introduction. —- Compilation type joint/Greatest Hits.

Meet: Locke Kaushal

What seperates Locke Kaushal from his peers is the fact that he’s not even a “rapper” per say, but a spoken word artist. He himself will tell you that he wasn’t “inspired” by hip-hop…but rather “influenced”
Unlike some MC’s whose foundation is battling, or written tracks…his is writing poetry. This gives him a smooth edge when it comes to “gettin’ on a beat”

A: a BEAST aka Monica Wright

Not to be confused with Love & Basketball, but the stories are quite similar.

Monica aka Monni was drafted to the WNBA, #2 Overall to the Minnesota Lynx.

This is something to be proud of if you had the privilage of going to the same school, living in the same area, or graduating the same class as a professional basketball player. I’m sure some of ya’ll can actually relate. ( especially Forest Park HS, Class of 2006…#POW)

I remember playin’ against this girl in middle school, and how much of a MONSTA she was back then.  The tallest girl on the team running the point, and she had my squad shook on the low. lol

My senior year of high school was a blower, especially my “Blue Day” lunches. However, Monica and Janelle always made them interesting.  If it wasn’t for them 2, I don’t know what I would’ve did during 5th period lol.

Its no surprise that Monni would end up playing professional ball one day.
She’s a “real life “ testament/example that DREAMS become REALITY, with hard work and perseverance.

On a cool night in Georgetown at Addias, Tae Barz proved to earn all his stripes as W.O.W (Wild Out Wednesday) All-Star Champion ( of 106&Park) with me and wore the Addias attire warranted; it was only fitting .  The Party for his “World Premiere” of  the latest addition to his videography collection and the beginning of the next venture with his latest E.P. “More Than Music ” , starting with it’s newest video and self declared the best he has done thus far and room full of more appetizers than food (beautiful people and the freshest gear). More than Music ,which is the titled L.P titled, is a song that hits close to home and touches on his newly rekindle relationship with his mother and life after 106 & Park. Being a father, and the video takes you on a life and times feel of Tae Barz .  It left you with a feeling resonating that this isn’t just music to him and it makes all the difference.  Nothing short of a star saying anything different would be just lying .. More photography love than I see at most events.  District love was apparent.  Other local artist were in house to give their stamp of approval, not to mention to perform.  Stamp this is bigger than music.

The performance consisted of several names thru the course of the evening:
UK Sensation on the MC
Ms. Mims
Noyil Ö Point. Blank. Period.
D.C. Hot Ones
Ra The MC closed out the evening with guest appearances from Proverb and ???.

There is a lot to look forward to from the W.O.W All Star Champion.  So when you see “The In crowd” look for him coming to stage near you and dressed in Adidas (maybe)

You should expect a lot more from the likes of Tae Barz and leaving you video left resonating feeling you seen it first here and feel free to get you fix at the

Sounds like im sycing him up dont it?  Far from it, I’ve noticed this guys talent back in 2007 when the statement “DMV” wasnt known by the masses other then the fact that its the place you went to get your ID and shit (or in my case, cuss out the damn bitch behind the counter telling you that your not in selective service, when im clearing active duty army….dumb bitch).
